Since its opening date our firm has continued to build on its experience in the  private sector with commercial: offices, retail, restaurants and residential project types.  Our  philosophy of maintaining high quality control throughout the design and construction document phases of the architectural practice has lead to a continued growth in new as well as repeat clientele.

Quality control is maintained throughout the process by one simple methodology,  Continuity. 

From programming, to design the Project Architect  becomes intimately acquainted with the Client's program requirements and vision for the project during the Design Phase.  

That knowledge, in turn, carries  over into the Construction Document Phase  where Mr. Kilgore's unique experience in architectural engineering creates a more fully  coordinated and detailed project without sacrificing the Client's vision, program requirements or the building's performance.  The hands on approach Mr. Kilgore takes with the preparation of your construction documents results in highly accurate documents, which in turn, reduces costly field changes and increases the accuracy of the contractor's bid.

That intimate knowledge of the project acquired through this process is then applied during the Construction Phase through the Architect's administrative services to assure that the project fully complies with the construction  (contract) documents.
