The silo to the right stores grain for the brewing process and becomes a unique trademark
feature at the mall enhancing visibility and generating patron curiosity.  The grain is augured in
through a pipe which is routed over the exterior dining patio, above the entry doors and into the
milling room above, which is visible from the interior spaces.

Entry from the mall approach leads the
patron along a stone path which
                                             meanders through the restaurant.
                                             Undulating soffits above, simulate
                                             overhangs in a narrow canyon.

The stone path cuts
 diagonally across the
 restaurant defining three
 seating zones leading to the
 signature bar where the
 handcrafted beers are
 served.

The island bar serves the interior
space on three faces and the exterior
                                              covered patio on the fourth.
