The Los Alamos Professional Offices
is a One Story Garden Office Complex, Which When Complete, Will be Comprised of Four Buildings Totaling Approximately 20,000 Square Feet. 

Phase I which is was completed in January of 2001 encloses 5550 square feet.  Walton Orthodontics occupies 3120 square feet with the remaining 2408 square feet of shell space being leased to Desert Horizons OB/GYN. 

Phase II is currently under construction and houses 5215 square feet of office space with a 2784 square foot compartmentalized basement.  Accessible from the exterior and available for lease by all tenants / owners the basement storage area provides convenient on-site archive file storage making it ideal for the medical services industry.

The Phase II building also offers the best street face exposure in this development.

Phases III and IV will begin construction in March of 2006.  Phase III will house 4324 square feet and Phase IV will house 5040 square feet.



Electrical Utilities
are individually metered for each Tenant allowing the Tenant to monitor and control their energy costs. 

Fully Sprinkled and Alarmed the Los Alamos Facility is protected against fire hazards,  providing a further cost savings to those tenants needing to reduce their insurance costs.

From Phoenix by taking I-10 South to the Pinal Road Exit #185.  Drive due South to Cottonwood Lane and turn left.  Drive approximately 1/4 mile East of the Trekell Road intersection to The Los Alamos Property located on the south side of Cottonwood.

From Tucson Take I-10 North to the Casa Grande Exit #194   .  Turn left, crossing I-10, heading west on Florence Blvd till you reach the Trekell Road intersection at which point you will turn right and head north to Cottonwood Lane approximately 1 mile.  Turn right and drive approximately 1/4 mile East of the Cottonwood / Trekell Road intersection to The Los Alamos Property located on the south side of Cottonwood.
